Refund Policy

The short version: your $50 deposit is fully refunded if you decide not to go ahead before you approve your design. Once you approve a design and pay for your piece, it's made just for you, so it can't be refunded. If it arrives with a defect, we'll fix or remake it.
Your $50 design deposit
The deposit starts your custom design. We refund it in full if:
- You decide not to go ahead at any point before you approve a design
- Our designers can't make a suitable design from the photo you sent
- You cancel before we start designing
If you approve a design and order your piece, the $50 counts toward its price.
After you approve your design
Once you approve your design and pay the balance, we start making your piece right away. Because every piece is custom:
- Approved and paid orders can't be refunded or exchanged.
- Small changes after approval may be possible if production hasn't started. Just ask.
- If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or remake it at no cost to you.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to show up on your statement.
- We'll email you when the refund has been sent.
